Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Acurist.AI LLC (“Acurist,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit acurist.ai and related pages (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. Use of the Acurist clinical platform and the MCI Screen by healthcare organizations is governed by separate agreements and, where applicable, the safeguards described in our HIPAA & Health Information notice.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site — such as a trial signup, the Health Systems ROI Calculator, a demo request, or a general inquiry — we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, work email, phone number, organization, role, and the figures you enter into the ROI Calculator.
Cognitive assessment responses. Answers you enter into the interactive Alzheimer’s Risk Profile and related self-assessment tools on the Site are processed within your own web browser to generate your results. These responses are not transmitted to or stored by Acurist through the Site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, through routine server logs.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests;
- To set up, administer, and support product trials and accounts;
- To contact you about products, services, and information you have requested;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that operate the Site and our business on our behalf — for example, our customer relationship management (CRM) provider and our website hosting provider — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Acurist, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality and does not currently run third-party advertising or analytics tracking. If we add analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or controls required by applicable law.
5. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through the Site by contacting us using the details below. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Depending on where you live — for example, residents of California under the CCPA/CPRA — you may have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing. We will honor rights that apply to you under applicable law.
7. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
