These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of acurist.ai and related pages (the “Site”), operated by Acurist.AI LLC (“Acurist,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Medical & informational disclaimer
The Site and its content — including the Alzheimer’s Risk Profile, Memory Screen, MCI Screen materials, and any results, scores, or recommendations — are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not establish a doctor–patient relationship.
The Alzheimer’s Risk Profile and related assessments do not diagnose Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or any other medical condition. They are designed to help identify and organize risk factors so they can be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified provider with questions about a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read or received on the Site. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the Site.
2. Accounts and trials
If you request a product trial or account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep any credentials confidential. Trials and accounts may be subject to separate agreements, and those agreements govern in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Acurist name and marks, and the design and arrangement of the Site — are owned by Acurist or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acurist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acurist and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Acurist harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Acurist.AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing jurisdiction and venue should be confirmed by Acurist’s legal counsel.
